Green initiative and  Green List of Serbia invites you to join in the activity within campaign is Get Planet Wise! Recycle,  on Saturday, May 12, in Bor within, besides collecting waste paper, PET, and electronic and electrical waste, there will be an exhibition of objects made of recyclables, creative workshops, costume ball, and the evening a concert will be held.

Activity in Bor will be organized by  Society of Young Researchers Bor , a member of the Green List of Serbia and its implementation was provided by the Balkan Community Initiatives Fund (BCIF) in cooperation with the Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC) ​​and the Young Researchers of Serbia and with funding from the U.S. Agency for international Development (USAID).

During the day from from 1 to 2 pm an object made from waste “Lamp” exhibited including students program in the elementary school yard “Dusan Radovic.”  Later, from 5.30 to 6 pm another item made from waste “Penjalica” will be exhibited with program presented by preschool educational groups in the backyard of  “Bambi” nursery. In the period from 6  to 9 pm  collection of PET, paper, cans, EE waste  will be organized, a masquerade, creative workshops in making objects  from recyclables, and a basket game will be held in front of the Cultural Center. In the evening, from 9 pm,  in the auditorium at the Cultural Center,  concert will be held.

 It is expected to collect about 2 tons of waste paper and PET packaging ,electronic and electrical waste, which will be shipped to a recycling center.
